Carolyn Douglas is an Emmy-award winning anchor and reporter with two decades of experience in television news. She's worked as an anchor and reporter at KING TV in Seattle since 1998, with a special emphasis on parenting and early learning issues.
In addition to her broadcast news background, Carolyn has also worked as a media relations consultant for several Northwest organizations. She graduated from Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle and earned a Bachelor's degree in communications from Washington State University. She’s an honorary member of the Edmonds Rotary Club and a board member of the Alliance for International Women’s Rights (www.aiwr.org). She’s a fourth-generation Washingtonian and is proud to be raising a fifth generation here in her home state!
